We offer flat-rate shipping on every order. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Delivery & assembly

Larger pieces like loungers and dining sets may require minor assembly. Instructions are included with every order.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Order changes

Need to change or cancel an order? Reach out as soon as possible — we can usually accommodate changes before an order ships.
