30-day home trial

Live with it for 30 days from delivery. If it doesn't suit your space, start a return and we'll arrange pickup. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the piece is collected.

Return costs

Return freight on large furniture is a flat $149 — that covers our team collecting and crating it. Décor and smaller items return free. Made-to-order pieces are final sale, which is noted clearly on the product page before you buy.

Damaged or defective

If something arrives damaged or a part is faulty, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace the part or the piece at no cost. A photo helps us make it right faster.

10-year frame warranty

Every hardwood frame is warranted against manufacturing defects for 10 years. Cushions and covers are covered for 3 years against premature wear. Normal wear, misuse, and changes over time from sunlight or humidity aren't covered.
